The Kyocera Scanner SMTP Relay bridges the gap between office copiers that only support basic SMTP and modern email providers like Microsoft 365 and Google Gmail that require OAuth authentication.
Instead of storing email passwords on your copier, you securely connect your Microsoft or Google account through this relay. When you scan a document, your copier sends it via SMTP to this relay, which then delivers it through your authenticated email account.
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 or Google account through a secure OAuth flow. No passwords are shared with the relay.
Enter the SMTP relay address and your unique credentials into your copier's scan-to-email settings.
Scan documents as usual. The relay securely forwards your email through your connected account via the Microsoft Graph API or Gmail API.
